I hate missing my daily emails because they’re cathartic for me.
However, I’ve been stuck in bed with a combination of a migraine so intense, I’ve not been able to be subject to bright lights, while feeling as if someone has stuck my brain between a vice grip and constantly releasing and applying pressure to it.
On top of catching whatever else is running around and making people sick (probably mega-ultra-turbo-covid, or something equally as dumb)
So I’ve not been doing much but sleep and hydrate myself. No thinking, no writing…
Just a dark room. Loads of liquids and the precious sleep that I very rarely get to have.
I hope you’ve all been keeping out of trouble and lucky enough to not have caught any of the bugs going about.
I’ll be back to my regularly scheduled programming ASAP. (Tomorrow)
I got some very fun brain exercises that might help you finally make the shift and I can tell you now. The woo woo crowd aren’t a fan of it.
