Today was a litmus test for people with an IQ above room temperature.
I don’t know if you’ve been paying attention in the news. Elon Musk has now been valued as the world’s first trillionaire and you know what happened?
The left wing mob, the insane liberals, went absolutely batshit crazy on Twitter and Facebook saying that nobody should be a billionaire, nobody should be a trillionaire, tax the rich, eat the rich, the usual stuff, even quoting “Who Is John Galt?” from Atlas Shrugged, written by Ayn Rand. We all know she was a grifter but anyways…
The point is people think that if you have so much money you can just dip into your net worth and solve all of the world’s problems. Unfortunately it doesn’t work that way. Net worth is not, “Hey I have all of this money in the bank.” The majority of people’s money ends up being wrapped up in companies and other stock valuations and investor portfolios etc.
It’s just wild because you think to yourself, “These are full blown adults who you’d imagine have a fully developed brain. They’re allowed to vote and have sex and have kids and have opinions and use the Internet and they are saying stupid shit like this.”
Isn’t this the basic economics you learn about when you were in school? I don’t know if the majority of these liberals are in countries where they don’t teach economics or maybe the education level is absolutely horrendous. Who knows but the world is already a grim place with all the wars and what not going down. Adding to this just makes it all spiral.
Anyways we’ll see what happens because obviously if you want to do anything in the world, if you make money, you’re an evil person.
It sucks for us because we’re artists, we’re creatives. We might not make trillions of dollars or billions of dollars or even millions of dollars, but we’re at least trying to make things and make money with our art and our ideas and our concepts and things along those lines.
If you end up doing well, you’re going to have these dumb fucks at your door knocking away trying to bring you down because apparently you can save world hunger with your money but when you ask them about their contribution…
They lose their shit.
They essentially just take part in the virtue signal olympics and what makes it even more scary is, it’s the hive mind mentality surrounding it, it’s that type of logic among the masses, and they are so quick to advocate for socialism…
Anyways. I think I need a nap after this.
Just witnessing this all unfold on social media in the last 48 hours is enough to send you into a blinding rage.
