I ate steak and eggs every day for weeks and nearly died.

Nobody talks about how boring consistency is.

For weeks now, I’ve been eating steak and eggs. Same meal. Over and over. I’m so bored I could cry.

Although it’s working…

I’m not perfect. Maybe 7 out of 10 meals are just steak and eggs. The other 3? I eat whatever I want. This boring routine has brought real results.

Although It’s hit that level of boring to the point where I could fold myself up and die.

I can tell you straight up that consistency is not sexy. It’s not Instagram worthy. You just do the same thing over and over again until you want to puke your guts out into a bucket.

The same time waking up every day? Boring.


Doing the exercises every day? Boring.


Punching Netflix in the face and hitting up your goals instead? Boring.

But one day you look up and realise you’re exactly where you wanted to be. Not because you did something amazing. But because you did something average every single day.

The magic isn’t in the perfect plan. It’s in showing up when you’d rather do literally anything else. It’s in eating that same meal when you’re dreaming of pizza.

(I’ve just had yet another steak and eggs meal and oh lord do I want some pizza lol)

It’s in going to bed on time when everyone else is out having fun.

Success is unsexy. It’s repetitive. It’s mind numbing sometimes.

But you know what?

It works.

Just like getting my ass into the chair to type out these emails.

They just work.

Now tell me what incredibly boring and unsexy thing you do, over and over again that’s made a difference in your life?

(Yes, you’re allowed to say that reading my emails every day has made a difference in your life…)
